Other markets, including Salt Lake City, Phoenix and Las Vegas.

Low-finish warehouse/distribution buildings and for development
Manufacturing buildings with re-use potential
Low-finish multi-tenant parks
Leased land with future development potential
Container storage sites

Core, value added with leasing or renovation risk
Land for development.

Minimum $5 million, with the ability to close deals in excess of $100 million.

Streamlined, with the ability to react and close all cash, with best-in-class timing and execution.
