Manufacturing buildings with re-use potential
Low-finish multi-tenant parks
Leased land with future development potential
Container storage sites

Investment Type

Core, value added with leasing or renovation risk
Land for development.

Transaction Size

Minimum $5 million, with the ability to close deals in excess of $100 million.
